I’m a senior at Ohio University completing my Bachelor of Science in Journalism, where I’ve spent the past three and a half years learning how reporting, editing, and storytelling work in practice. While my coursework built a strong foundation, experiential learning through student media and internships shaped me most.

I’ve interned internationally with Romeing Magazine in Rome, Italy, locally in Athens, Ohio on a county commissioner campaign and remotely as a Global Marketing Intern for AIFS Abroad. Alongside these roles, I balanced multiple leadership positions in student media, including Regional and National News Editor at The Post, Copy Chief at Backdrop Magazine and Behind the Bite Department Editor at Southeast Ohio Magazine. Outside the newsroom, I also worked nights as an Assistant Manager at the Athena Cinema, Athens’ local arthouse theater — an experience that sharpened my time management, leadership and creative perspective.
